Kids Yoga
In this 45 minute kids yoga class, children (ages 3-9) will discover the wonders of their bodies while having fun learning yoga poses that build strength, flexibility, and balance.
Our instructors will provide a safe and supportive environment while your child grows and develops body awareness and confidence!
All equipment provided - just bring comfortable clothes and a water bottle!
